Right To Play's Inaugural Mass Bucket Collection in London

On March 23rd students celebrated Right To Play month by descending on London, from towns all around the UK, to take part in a mass bucket collection.  We managed to raise just short of £400 with 16 students donning fancy dress and braving the rain.  We would like to thank each and every one of the students who came, and of course everyone who donated.  We received some very positive feedback from members of the public who saw the collectors and were encouraged to learn more about what we do. Our best costumes of the day included a whole host of cheerleaders from Hertfordshire University.  Gorrilla Sabbaticals Officers from Essex Uni, and Superman from Westminster University.  If you are interested in taking part in the next London collection, date tbc, or want to follow the example of students in Exeter and Bath and organise a collection in your own city please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
