Project Football is back

We are happy to announce that the Huntingdon Project Football continued during the Easter holidays! You might remember this project from their kick-off in January, as the up-and-coming Huntington tournament of the year...

This football extravaganza, in which secondary school groups compete, attracted 30 boy and girl players. For the first time, this event lasted two days and culminated in a highly competitive final between AS Roma and the ultimate winners FC Bayern.
The victorious team consisted of Lawry Marsh, Alex Marsh, Lee Adams, James Cockshott and Farris Alston. A special mention goes to player of the tournament, Antonio Fusco for his excellent displays of professionalism, tenacity to keep going and sportsmanship, over the two days.
The tournaments are set to continue, and raise even more funds for Right To Play. Next month the tournament will be held at the Hinchinbrook School in Huntington on Thursday 28th May. Any teams/ players wishing to compete, showcase their skills, and raise money for Right To Play, should contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
